We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
To pursue a complaint please complete this form and the Practice Manager will deal with your concerns appropriately.
If you want to make a data protection complaint relating to the practice, you may complain to us using the same complaints form and process. You may also complain to the information commissioners office

Please note that we cannot breach patient confidentiality in this process. Complaints will generally only be accepted from the affected adult themselves, parent of a child under 16, or a legal guardian or person with authority (e.g. Power of Attorney).
We will acknowledge complaints promptly.
