If you're planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world.
As you will be aware, GP surgeries are working under increasing pressure and must prioritise the services they provide.
Therefore, only the basic travel vaccinations funded by the NHS are available at your surgery.
We require at least 6 weeks notice prior to travel, and travel appointments are limited and subject to availability.
Please check what is needed via Travel Health Pro (next section) or a Private Travel Clinic. Check your own vaccination history on the NHS app.
Please be aware we no longer offer private travel vaccinations, malaria tablets or a full travel assessment service.
If you wish to have any of the vaccinations which are provided on the NHS, please speak to reception who will text or email you a
Pre-Travel Questionnaire.
It is your responsibility to ascertain which vaccinations you need, and, to inform yourself fully of recommended travel safe precautions. The following links may be helpful.
