If you need a doctor in an emergency when the surgery is closed, you will be directed to the following numbers:

Between 17:30 - 18:30 

  • call 0300 121 0265 for Colerne and Marshfield Patients

  • and 0300 121 0214 for Wick and Pucklechurch Patients        

  • After 18:30, weekends & bank holidays call 111

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please note front doors are closed for cleaning from 1.30pm to 2.00pm daily, and we reserve the right to do this at points throughout the day should the need arise.

Out of Hours Service

GP appointments are now available in the area during the evenings and at the weekend. To book an appointment, please contact the surgery.

Emergency Supply of Medication Out-of-hours

If you need prescription medication out-of-hours, please dial 111 who will be able to advise you which pharmacies are open and give emergency advice, or organise consultations. Further information here

We are committed at this time to continuing to keep our services running. Like other Primary Care services all requests for appointments will be triaged by phone, sms or video.  This is to protect you, vulnerable patients, our staff and to limit the spread of Coronavirus.
